Story tellers

I am not a writer. I would love to be one of those fortunate people that can write story after story to share with others. I especially wish I could recall family stories. I don't have much of a memory of what has happened in the past.....good, bad, or otherwise. This is frustrating for me too, as I would so enjoy jotting down interesting memories to write and share.

My mom has told me quite a few family stories over the years, but I didn't write them down. I have forgotten so many. I have waited too long to reminisce with Mom, as her memory is starting to fail. What stories she has told me in the past I have forgotten. I only have a few personal memories about my two uncles that passed this week. It's just sad that I can't remember more.
