I don't know what it is about me.....it's like I'm both an early bird and a night owl. I like to be up early (at times 4:30 or 5:00 a.m.) and get a fresh start to my day. But I also function really well at night. I mean, after I get my second wind (around 9:00 p.m.), I have more energy (not the kind to clean the house, I rarely have that much energy!) I like to read; watch a movie; or another of my favorite things, write on my blog. Of course, when I get up really early, I lie back down later that morning for a nap. This is a bad situation-and somewhat embarrassing-if a friend happens to call to have lunch or getting a call that I have to go out of town. On some days (especially if it's inclement weather), I haven't even had my shower yet and could still be in my pajamas.
I worked for many years and had to be structured. Now I don't have to be. So I really try to enjoy my life. Maybe I need to start keeping a log of daily duties so I can be on more of a schedule. I really should try to change these habits! Do any of my readers have any suggestions?
