One never forgets how to ride a bicycle, no, but I think our muscles do! I rode my bike just a couple of years ago in fact, but hardly went a mile. My jelly legs wouldn't go much further!
My husband and I have been discussing buying me a recumbent bike and putting it in the basement, alongside our treadmill. They're not as hard on your joints and back as a regular exercise bike. I'd start out slowly and work myself up to.....a mile! We have a flat screen TV down there and also a stereo. My husband and I (this is the plan) would exercise together...he on the treadmill and me on the bike. I am not making this a New Year's resolution. My only resolution for the year is to live life to the fullest!
