Me...yoga???

I am so excited....nervous.....but excited just the same! I'm starting yoga classes tomorrow morning at 11:00. The class information states that they cater to "all levels" of yoga, and I asked the nice young lady on the phone if they have a "negative 5 level class". She laughed and said that she's sure that they will work with me to get me "up and going". Just getting "up and going" in the morning and getting to the class would be quite an accomplishment for me.

I don't have the proper attire. I see the photos of this class online of these svelte young ladies in their cute little spandex outfits...I'm just going to have to wear what I have, and I'm afraid that is blue jeans.

 I may just get stuck in one position and not be able to get out of it! I will let all of my readers know tomorrow...after I get home, take a couple Tylenol, and soak in a nice warm bath, as to how I survived!
