I absolutely love fruit smoothies! Today I'm enjoying a strawberry smoothie (strawberries, diet blueberry juice, strawberry-banana fat-free yogurt and a secret ingredient...not what you're thinking!!) for lunch. Drinking one makes me feel so healthy-and it also makes me feel less guilty about eating the Taco Bell Mexican pizza and taco for supper last night (even though I had a blueberry smoothie for breakfast yesterday). They cancel one another out!
