Tuna fish sandwiches

My sweet husband has been hungry for my tuna fish salad, so I made him some for dinner last night...I love it too. I make it the way my mom always made it, only instead of dicing up sweet gherkins, I use sweet pickle relish like my Aunt Ruby used to. Well I had a hankerin for something I haven't had for a LONG time to eat with it....Kitchen Cooked Potato Chips and Prairie Farms French Onion Dip. Oh my....as soon as it hit my mouth it was as good as chocolate. And I love chocolate!

These chips are made locally and to me, they are the absolute best that you can buy. I have friends that live out of state that buy cases of them when they come back home to visit. And you can't have these chips without the Prairie Farms French Onion dip, or at least I can't! I could sit and eat a whole bag and a container of dip along with an ice cold Coke. That's why I never buy them.

I'm sure I'd eventually tire of them, so maybe it's best I do just eat them once a year. They're really a treat that way! Now.....if I can only convince myself to treat myself to pizza and chocolate once a year, then I'd have it made!
