The world

 I know this quote to be true in my life, especially lately. Whenever I start looking at worldly things which, in God’s sight, is unholiness—I catch myself and am convicted, and I believe the Holy Spirit causes that—hence I remember to look up and look forward to Jesus coming in the clouds in the not-so-distant future ♥️

•1 Peter 1:15-16~”but as he who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, since it is written, “You shall be holy, for I am holy.”

•Ephesians 4:22-24~”that, in reference to your former manner of life, you lay aside the old self, which is being corrupted in accordance with the lusts of deceit, and that you be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and put on the new self, which in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of the truth.”

•Romans 12:2~”And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable.” 

•2 Corinthians 5:17~”Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.”
